I live in Hamilton in my wee railway cottage. I love all things creative. In my spare time you will find me renovating, socializing with friends, pottery class or busy with one of my many projects.
I am proud to be the first and only O&M Haircare Ambassador for New Zealand. In addition to working in my salon, I am also a bridal hair stylist and often travel for work to attend events and host educational sessions across the country.
I've been hairdressing for 16 years & discovered my love for wedding and special occasion styling about 8 years ago. I have been lucky to work along side some amazing hairdressers and continue to train & upskill at any opportunity I get.

Hey! With 6 years of experience in the industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to everything I do. I’m passionate about all things hair, especially styling, so watch out this wedding season!
Being in a new space excites me as it’s a chance to learn, upskill, and let my creativity shine. In the salon, I’m focused on making clients feel amazing and confident with their look. I thrive on staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques, ensuring every client gets the best service possible.
Outside of work, I’m a former band singer who still loves music and creative expression. Come meet me and let me work my magic on your hair!
Hi! I'm Mckenzie.
My journey into hair began through a background in fine arts, majoring in sculpture - a foundation that continues to shape my approach behind the chair. I’m deeply inspired by colour, texture, and composition, and love translating this into my work. Especially bridal.
My career has taken me into the world of editorial styling, working alongside leading names in the New Zealand fashion industry. I’ve had the privilege of working with artists such as Benee and Lorde, and most recently collaborated with Matt Benns, known for his work with Charli XCX.
Outside of the salon, you’ll find me thrifting, dreaming up interior spaces, or out for coffee and walks with friends. Most importantly, I’m at home with my cats, Louis and our newest addition, baby Goo.

Hello! I'm Clo. If you've been to Splendid you've probably seen me fluttering around the salon with a camera or making the girls film a Tik Tok... I'm Splendid's resident content creator here to capture your beautiful hair! I love making videos and outside of the salon I'm also a law student.
